PLEASE DON’T SLEEP AROUND AGAIN, IT’S DANGEROUS - HALIMA ABUBAKAR

Halima Abubakar is an actress that has been tagged what she is not because of reasons known to some people.
She has even admitted being bullied by some people who do not like her, but in all, she has remained strong and focused.
Halima recently warned on the dangers of sleeping with multiple partners.
She said, “Every man or woman you have s8x with deposits and leaves a part of their soul in you. Most of us haven't been properly educated about s8x. It's almost a taboo to discuss these things outside of private matters, but the silence leads to a lack of awareness of what it even is. Does anybody even know? I mean it is the most powerful force that creates life.
“Most see it as a physical experience, but forget the bond, connection, energy exchange, and deep cellular interaction one experiences with their partner. When men or women decide to have multiple partners, it can send mixed emotional signals inside of the body’s vibration system.
“People must be careful of different energies or spiritual forces polluting their internal temple. That imprint can often create illusion of a sexual addiction.
Ever wonder why they call it sexual intercourse (INTER-Course)? It’s an internal course that unites man and woman, mind with mind, spirit with spirit, or energy with energy. This is something that a condom can’t protect you against because energy is behind the elements of all flesh.
“There is no such thing as ‘casual’ s8x or ‘friends with benefits.’ Intimate activity intricately entwines the energies between two people.
S8x creates a powerful exchange of sexual energy between those involved. These connections, imprints and debris are left upon the mind, soul and spirit for a long time because they are not easily purged or cleansed.
“This is the concept of how STDs are also formed, when multiple cellular communities (bodies) come in contact, a virus or bacteria forms. On a physical level, we have been educated to use ‘protection’ but on an energy level, nobody discusses the effect it creates on one’s mind, body, and soul. It's too much of a taboo to discuss and hidden away to avoid.
“Become aware of what's going on, even if you've never heard it before, just think about it, ponder on it, and see the inner wisdom you receive.”

I'm Not A Bad Girl, I Pray 5 Times A Day - Halima Abubakar

Aside her knack for intelligently interpreting movie roles, Halima Abubakar, has over the years been dubbed one of Nollywood's bad girls because of her flare to stay fashionable by wearing revealing clothes.
The actress cum producer wants to correct that impression, arguing that she's a good girl, prays 5 times a day but likes to stay stylish.

" People tend to misunderstand me a lot. Most people I have encountered in my life do not know me but they judge me based on my outward appearance. When they get to know the real me, they are shocked. People are quick to judge and assume. I believe people should actually be patient enough to know me before they begin to judge me.

Some people say I am not as bad as I am being portrayed. I am not a bad girl. I pray five times a day even though my Muslim brothers and sisters don’t believe I do. They come on my instagram page and rant. When they should be focusing on how to move Nigeria forward, they come on my instagram page and begin to bash me. I am human, so I react sometimes but most times, my fans reply them."

Halima was also fond of committing lots of fashion errors and she defends herself thus,
"I was a young girl experimenting with fashion and I stopped when I got tired. I did not change my style because of anybody. I wasn’t doing anything extraordinary; it was just a short dress or bum shorts. When you look at my age at that time, it was a normal thing that a teenager does. I grew out of it but in movies, I wear skimpy clothes sometimes. I don’t wear them off set any more. I need to be responsible to my fans and my family.

My parents do not like me wearing short things. My mother says if I want to wear such, I should cover my hair. She says if I want to wear miniskirt, I should cover my hair but it cannot be covered in every movie. The funny thing is that at home, I do not wear skimpy dresses. I don’t know how people were able to single me out of the crowd. I was just a teenager having fun," she told Punch.

I Had My First Tattoo At 15 On My Boobs - Halima Abubakar

Since Halima Abubakar became a household name in the film industry, she has remained on the lips of many movie buffs for a long time. For some time, she was controversial, but lately, the Kogi State-born actress turned producer has been on a low profile.

But recently, she disclosed that after starting her acting career at 13, she got her first tattoo on her on one of her boobs at 15.

“Tattoos are addictive a bit although it’s painful, but I just have a few. The ones I have are not too common or exposed for everyone to see. It is the tattoo on my breast that everybody knows because I have had it since I was young. I had that tattoo at age 15 and I started acting when I was 13," she said in a recent interview.

“I don’t have a boyfriend. I used to have what my ideal kind of man should be but not anymore as long as we can tolerate each other, I think that is it. Marriage is not an easy thing and I’m sure those in it can attest to this.

“I don’t want to say too much so that they will not say I’m trying to discourage those who are married because I am not. But do I want to get married? That is another question. I see a lot of people’s marriages and it’s not something that I want to be in,” she also said.

I passed through that experience all through my educational life, even now. There was a time I did not write a particular exam because of a threat. They threatened to do things to me if I came for that exam (Statistics). So, I stayed back. I had to sit for that exam the following year.

These were not cultists, “No, they were a group of girls. It was way back in Kano. Perhaps they couldn’t stand my guts. Then, I had started acting. You know, some insecure people sometimes look for people to bully in order to satisfy themselves.

“I was so scared of them that I believed they could really harm me. So, I did not write that exam that day. It was that bad. Sometimes, I cried all day. During my undergraduate days in Kano, I was a victim of severe attacks by these girls.

“I don’t know what to call it, whether envy or insecurity, but they kept me in constant fear. I only had two friends: a guy and a girl (Habiba). They were the two people who stood by me in BUK (Bayero Univeristy, Kano). The funny thing is that after school, we lost contact. God bless them wherever they are.

I had to learn to win the war through self-healing without any more help from people. One of the nuggets that helped me survive that stage was a conciliatory understanding that, that which had caused my pain once made me happy. It once filled me with joy and love.”

To be fair to the media, they have been good to me. They have to sell. Bloggers have to make money too. And I do not blame all of them for the stories they have published about me. I only have to say that they should not break somebody for profit. The media should double-check stories before publishing.”

I Won’t Take Any Insult On Halima Abubakar—Ruggedman Fumes

Nigerian rapper, Ruggedman, has urged bloggers to stop spreading falsehood about him and friend, Halima Abubakar.

There have been reports online that the two celebs were seeing each other, which spurred another report that Halima said she’s bigger than Ruggedman. The rapper urged those spreading such report to show respect for other peoples’ feelings.

Reacting to the issue, Ruggedman wrote, "Dear bloggers, you all need to have a little respect for peoples’ feelings (which is hard because all you care about are hits on your blog) and once in a while pretend to show a little professionalism. Do not be afraid to ask real journalists how it is done. Yes twisting her words to make it look like Halima insulted me will attract attention and then what?

“I have been reading silly stuff about me being in a relationship with my paddy Halima Abubakar. I didn’t feel it was necessary to say anything about it because it is what it is ‘a silly rumour’. Not until an angry fan of mine insulted her on my twitter timeline and I thought to put an end to it before another false rumour gets blown out of proportion.

“When asked about it the same silly false rumour, Halima replied ‘I don’t like responding to such rubbish insinuations again, I'm bigger than that,’ meaning she is bigger than false rumours but leave it to an attention seeking blogger to twist her words and make it look like she said she is bigger than me. You say you could not reach me to hear from me? Very funny. Na lie go kill you hahahaha!!!

“Halima is one of the closest people I can call bestie. We have both supported each other coming from nothing to now. So I will not stand by and watch anyone insult her because of the silly antics of an overzealous blogger.”
